Panaspacer?

"Panaspacer is a high-performance warm edge spacer used in the production of insulated double glazing."

Developed under Soytaş Group, its R&D process was completed in 2013 and production started the same year. Manufactured with advanced composite lamination technology, Panaspacer offers much higher energy efficiency compared to traditional insulating glass systems.

It is mainly composed of aluminum, polyethylene, AL+PET+PE foil, rubber, and high-performance moisture-absorbing components. Thanks to its strong insulation properties, it helps save energy. It is suitable for all climate conditions and can be produced in different sizes. With its flexible structure, it can be easily applied to various glass types in the desired form.

Panaspacer provides superior thermal insulation. By minimizing heat transfer, it helps maintain the indoor temperature and saves energy.

It is a new-generation warm edge spacer that contains all the components required for double glazing production in layered form

Each roll is protected with vacuum-sealed aluminum foil and then placed into a cardboard carton.

The prepared cartons are neatly loaded onto wooden pallets and made ready for shipment. Depending on the delivery method, the pallets are shipped by container, truck, or air freight.
