Iso-Tech and Maxi-Tech Spacer Options
Maxi-Tech is a high-performance warm edge spacer solution developed with a production structure similar to the Iso-Tech system. The reinforced aluminum structure is used in a corrugated form, creating Panaspacer’s durable framework.
The main feature that distinguishes Maxi-Tech from the Iso-Tech system is that the aluminum surface is covered with an extra rubber material. Thanks to this special coating, the aluminum surface becomes invisible from the outside, giving the product a more aesthetic and integrated appearance.
Packaging and Shipment
Panaspacer products are carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation and long-term protection.
Each roll is protected with vacuum-sealed aluminum foil and then placed into a cardboard carton.
The prepared cartons are neatly loaded onto wooden pallets and made ready for shipment. Depending on the delivery method, the pallets are shipped by container, truck, or air freight.
Thanks to its practical structure that provides ease of application, Panaspacer can be easily used in insulating glass production processes without requiring a professional team.
During application, the glass is fixed on the vacuum section of the preparation table, and Panaspacer is applied around the edge of the glass with the help of a special application tool. After the spacer application is completed, it is cut vertically to the glass from the joining point. Then, the applied glass is aligned with the help of the sizing guides located at the corner of the table, and the second glass is carefully placed.
